NCDA Call for Board Nominations

The NCDA Nominating Committee needs YOU! We are looking for candidates who are willing to commit their time and talents to benefit the future of NCDA and the dietetic profession. Serving on the NCDA board can earn you CPE credit for leadership service, an added bonus!


NCDA is seeking candidates for the following positions, to take office in June 2012:


1. PRESIDENT-ELECT (1 year term, followed by subsequent year as President)                                                                                                       


2. TREASURER (2 consecutive year term)


3. NOMINATING COMMITTEE MEMBER (3 year commitment with final year as Chair)



  • The deadline for nominations is February 27, 2012
  • Candidates must include a brief bio and picture
  • Nominations can be emailed to Julie Francis at julie.francis@yahoo.com
  • All elected board members must be members of The Academy of  Nutrition and Dietetics and listed in the NCDA official membership list
  • NCDA members will vote electronically via Survey Monkey, link to be emailed out to membership on or about March 1, 2012
