The Greensboro District Dietetic Association (GDDA) comprises the following counties: Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham

The transportation bond proposal was passed by voters earlier this year, but now city council members need to hear from you directly. At issue are projects for sidewalks and greenway development, among many others, which are at risk for being either delayed or cancelled due to the current economic situation.

The bottom line is that city taxes could increase by about 2 cents. That could mean approximately an extra $50 per year for the owner of a $200,000 home.
