The NCDA user database is synced nightly with the ADA. Please signin with your eight dight ADA number with preceding zeros and your last name with the first letter capitalized. For example a user with Jane Smith would login with the following credentials:

• Username: 00001234
• Password: Smith
   

Problems logging in?

If you are an ADA/NCDA Member having issues logging in, please make sure the last name entered matches the last name on the ADA database. This includes hyphens for hyphenated names.
