Nominating/Professional Development Chair Nominee

Amber Benner, MS, RDN, LDN, CFT

With a strong background in the performing arts I believe I bring a unique perspective to public health education and presentation. It has also helped me understand the importance of networking and always being prepared in building a brand and career. I have found a second career in Nutrition, and I have been a practicing Dietitian for three and a half years. I have experience in both the public health and clinical settings, as well as the fitness industry as an ACSM certified personal trainer. I am excited to continue on the 2018-2019 RDA Board building new opportunities for learning, mentoring and networking in the Triangle’s dietetic community.
