Michael Raynor, MS, RD, LDN, CISSN

Michael currently works in private practice counseling patients on sports nutrition and weight management and performing metabolic tests. In the 2018-2019 year, Michael served on the RDA board as the Membership Chair. Michael is as passionate about empowering other dietitians as he is about helping clients achieve their best life and health through food and nutrition. In his free time, Michael enjoys walking his dog, hiking, camping, and drinking coffee.

Secretary Nominee


Meredith Gentle, MS

Meredith Gentle earned her MS in Nutrition from Meredith College and is currently completing her Dietetic Internship from Meredith College as well. She served on the RDA board as Legislative Assistant in 2018-2019. Meredith is looking forward to continue serving RDA as Secretary for the 2019-2020 term. When she completes her DI, Meredith will be pursuing a career as an RD in public health nutrition. In her free time, she enjoys being creative with craft projects, spending quality time with friends, and exploring good eats in the Triangle.

Treasurer Nominee


Jasmine St Denny, MS, RD

Jasmine St Denny is an Elementary School Nutritionist with the DINE Program at Durham County Department of Public Health. There, she provides nutrition education and influences healthy behavior change in SNAP eligible students. Jasmine graduated from Meredith College, with a MS in Nutrition in 2015. After graduation, she stayed at Meredith College to complete the DI in 2016.  

Prior to Meredith College, Jasmine had a career in commercial construction management using a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering obtained at RIT. In 2011, Jasmine decided to switch gears and worked hard for that second career in nutrition. Now, more than two years into her new career as a Registered Dietitian, Jasmine has no regrets and enjoys working with children, the community and the prevention side of nutrition and wellness.  

In her personal time, Jasmine loves hanging out with friends and family (including her four-legged children Diesel and Bronx), backpacking, traveling to new places, and finding the best ice-cream in Raleigh-Durham.  Jasmine has served on the board since 2016, first as Social Chair then Treasurer for the past two years. Even though she works in Durham, she enjoys staying connected with the Raleigh Dietitians through RDA.

Autmn Ehsaei, MS, RDN, LDN, CLT 

Autumn Ehsaei is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist who is passionate about helping others learn to live a fulfilling life, which includes having a healthy relationship to food. Autumn’s goal is to meet people where they are and help them understand how to introduce good nutrition seamlessly into their life. She believes that food should be sustainable, nourishing, and enjoyable, and will work to help you find that balance.
Autumn completed her undergraduate degree in dietetics from the University of Florida, and her Masters in nutrition at Meredith College. She has experience in a wide variety of areas, practicing through the lens of health at every size, intuitive eating, working with food allergies and sensitivities, pre/postnatal counseling, family and childhood nutrition, corporate wellness and sports nutrition.
