- Julie Duffy Dillon, MS, RDN, NCC, LDN, CEDRD-S

Lecture Summary: Ever wonder how dietitians use non-diet approaches for people with chronic conditions? Or what is the point of being a dietitian if using tools like Intuitive Eating where people eat without restriction? This presentation will help you piece together how to operate as a dietitian using only weight inclusive approaches for any patient population.

"The Top Ten Sports Nutrition Questions and How to Answer Them"
- Matthew Robert Dengler, M.Ed, MS, RDN, LDN

Lecture Summary: Most people seeking nutrition advice for athletic performance or body composition improvement turn to the internet and social media platforms for guidance. Unfortunately, these platforms harbor a tremendous amount of conflicting information and unfounded nutrition claims, which often leads to many questions about validity. We will look at the most frequently asked questions in these areas and outline the best ways to answer them so we can help our clients reach their nutritional goals.

"How Body Image is Not Beyond Your Scope as a Dietitian"
